You may request cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

We strive to deliver quality products. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:
The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Personal care items, opened beauty products, and consumables cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Our team will verify and guide you through the return process.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If you prefer, instead of a refund, we can arrange a replacement for the defective or wrong item (subject to stock availability).
